Walking the New Hampshire coast at sunset is always calming. The wind has usually calmed a bit as the sun softly illuminates the clouds over the horizon. This particular evening I was overcome with a sense of peace and joy to be so fortunate to witness such beauty with my husband by my side. It is often my evening meditation to remember this beautiful scene and the soft, gently lapping waves as it lulls me to sleep!
